Leave Your Mark: 3 Stories that Prove what One Grant Can Do

Every journey begins with a story — a decision to serve, to travel, to make a difference.

At MissionSafe, in partnership with IMG, we sponsor the Leave Your Mark Grant Contest to fuel those stories and help individuals and organizations maximize their impact.

Here are three inspiring examples from the 2024 Winners:

1. Kati — Training Leaders in Clarkston, GA: Equipping others to thrive in cross-cultural service.

Kati lives among refugees and trains the next generation of missionaries with Global Frontier Missions. Her grant supported discipleship, hospitality, and outreach in one of the most strategic mission fields in the world.

2. Ella — Youth Service in Fort Wayne, IN: Leading a Kids Club to create safety and joy in a tough neighborhood.

Ella leads a Kids Club in one of her city’s toughest neighborhoods, providing snacks, supplies, and the message of Jesus’ love. Her grant helped her meet kids’ needs and remind them they are not alone.

3. Mission of Hope: Expanding Relief in Haiti: Providing food and education for families in crisis.

Amid unrest and famine, Mission of Hope continues to serve with food, education, and the gospel. Their grant helped feed children and provide relief through schools and churches.

Your Story Could be Next... But Time is Running Out!

The Leave Your Mark 2025 Grant Contest closes on Friday, September 12, 2025 at 12 PM EST.

Two organizations will receive $3,500 each and six individuals will win $1,000 each. Winners announced October 16.
