In an emergency situation:
- Seek Medical Care Immediately
- If possible, have your passport and Insurance ID Card with you.
- Collect contact information for hospital and doctor to give to IMG
- Call IMG to pre-certify and begin the guarantee of payment process.
This must be done within 48 hours of hospital admission or emergency surgery. - Gather documentation
- Pay provider
- File a claim. This must be done within 90 days.

Gather Treatment Information
In order to successfully file a claim, be sure that you gather all documentation from your treatment, including (but not limited to) lab work, test results, x-rays and scans, doctor's notes, itemized invoices and bills with diagnostic codes, and proof of payment.

Your insurance carrier will make all decisions on approved, re-processed, or denied
claims for reimbursement.
We have found that setting up an online account with your insurance carrier and submitting your claims directly to them is the easiest and most efficient way to submit a claim.
You have 90 days from the time of incident to file a claim with your insurance carrier.
