MissionShield - U.S. Residents Traveling within U.S.
Travel medical plan for U.S. residents traveling at least 100 miles from their residence within the U.S.
There are two coverage options:
- Lite Plan - $3 per day - $25,000 in secondary medical coverage
- Premier Plan - $4 per day - $50,000 in secondary medical coverage
Both coverage options include a telemedicine benefit.

Patriot America - Foreign Residents Traveling to the U.S.
Travel medical plan for foreign residents traveling within the U.S.
This plan offers a variety of options for both the deductible and the medical maximum, allowing you to customize your plan:
- Deductible: $0 through $2,500.
- Medical maximum: $50,000 through $1M.
The premium on this plan will vary based on the deductible and medical maximum you choose.Optional add-ons:
- Telemedicine benefit
- Adventure sport rider (available through age 64)
- Device coverage (such as coverage for a phone that is lost, stolen, or damaged while traveling).

IQ Gold Plan
This is our most popular plan! It is a flat rate secondary travel medical plan for those traveling outside of their country of residence for up to 364 days per year.
- $3.55 per person, per day
- $0 deductible
- Medical maximum up to $1M
- $1M for travelers age 0-69
- $100,000 for ages 70-79, the premium remains $3.55
- $20,000 for ages 80+, the premium remains $3.55
- Medical Evacuation: $1M
- Continuation of care benefit period of 12 months, meaning that if you are sick or injured and start treatment outside the US, this plan will follow you back to the US and serve as secondary coverage to help cover your domestic deductible and co-pays for up to 12 months
- Emergency medical evacuation and repatriation of mortal remains are also included

Patriot Travel Lite Plan
Travel medical plan for travelers needing temporary secondary medical insurance while traveling internationally.
This plan offers a variety of options for both the deductible and the medical maximum, allowing you to customize your plan:
- Deductible: $0 through $2,500
- Medical maximum:
- $50,000 through $1M up to age 64
- $50,000 - 100,000 ages 65-69
- $50,000 ages 70-79
- $10,000 ages 80+
- Medical Evacuation: Up to $1M
- Continuation of care benefit period of 3 months, meaning that if you are sick or injured and start treatment outside the US, this plan will follow you back to the US and serve as secondary coverage to help cover your domestic deductible and co-pays for up to 3 months

Patriot Platinum Plan
Travel medical plan for travelers needing temporary secondary medical insurance while traveling internationally. This plan offers options for higher medical maximums.
This plan offers a variety of options for both the deductible and the medical maximum, allowing you to customize your plan:
- Deductible: $0 through $25,000
- Medical maximum:
- $2M through $8M up to age 59
- $2M ages 60-69
- $100,000 ages 70-79
- $20,000 ages 80+
- Medical Evacuation: Up to policy maximum
The premium on this plan will vary based on the deductible, medical maximum, and optional add-ons you choose.
Additional benefits included:
- Evacuation Plus (non-life threatening medical evacuation option)
- Non Life-threatening Medical Evacuation: Up to a maximum of $25,000
- Natural Disaster Evacuation: Up to a maximum of $5,000

This plan is intended for travelers who take multiple trips throughout the year outside their home country. It offers the ease and convenience of purchasing a single annual plan at an affordable annual premium.
- Secondary travel medical insurance
- Two plan designs - one for foreign residents visiting the United States and U.S. citizens traveling internationally
- Maximum medical limit
- $1M up to age 69
- $50,000 ages 70-79
- Not available for travelers age 80+
- Individual deductible - $250 per each covered illness
- Annual premium
- Freedom to seek treatment with the hospital or doctor of your choice
- There are 3 levels of coverage to choose from:
- 30 days per trip
- 60 days per trip
- 90 days per trip

GlobeHopper Senior Plan
This plan is a secondary medical plan specifically available for travelers age 65+.
- Maximum limits from $50,000 to $1M
- $1M ages 65-79
- $50,000 - $100,000 ages 80+
- Medical Evacuation: $250,000
- Deductible options from $0 to $2,500
- Extensions: Up to 12 continuous months
- Minimum coverage period: 5 days

Patriot Exchange Plan
This plan is a secondary medical plan specifically available for students studying abroad or participants of cultural exchange programs. This plan is intended to meet the U.S. visa insurance requirements for individuals or groups of 2 or more students studying broad, including J1 and J2 visa holders.
- Meets most university insurance requirements
- $5 co-pay per visit to Student Health Center
- COVID-19 covered same as any other illness
- Maximum limits from $5M
- Deductible options from $0 to $500

This is a secondary medical coverage for students/scholars participating in a sponsored study abroad program.
- $5 co-pay per visit to Student Health Center
- Mental health & intercollegiate/intramural sports coverage
- Medical maximum up to $500,000
- Student: $500,000
- Dependent: $100,000
- $250 deductible
- Coverage periods of 1 month up to 12 months
- renewable up to 60 months

Trip cancellation plans are primarily for ensuring your investment in a trip, but also included medical coverage as well.
- Trip Cancellation: 100% of the non-refundable insured trip cost
- Trip Interruption: 125% of the non-refundable insured trip cost
- Travel Delay: Up to $125 per day per person ($500 max per person)
- Medical maximum: $100,000
- Coverage Type: Secondary (Excess)
- Medical Evacuation: Up to $500,000
- Maximum Age Insured: 99
- Maximum Trip Length: 180 days
- Latest Date Plan Can Be Purchased: 1 day before departure
- Baggage & Personal Effects: $750 ($250 max per item)
- Passport, Visa or Other Travel Documents Replacement - Included
- Baggage Delay: Up to $150 per person (after delay of 24 hours)
Premium Refunds: You may submit a cancellation request and receive a full refund within 10 days from the effective date of your coverage, as long as your trip departure date has not occurred and you have not filed a claim. The policy is non-refundable after 10 days.

- Latest Date Plan Can Be Purchased: 1 day before departure
- Baggage & Personal Effects: $2,500 ($250 max per item)
- Baggage Delay: Up to $500 (after delay of 12 hours)
- Optional upgrade:
- Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) - 75% of the trip cost insured if purchased within 20 days of initial trip deposit. Additional cost applies. Not available in NY.
- Trip Interruption for Any Reason (IFAR) - Optional Upgrade - 75% of the trip cost insured if purchased within 20 days of initial trip deposit. Additional cost applies. Not available in NY.

Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR)
Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) is a benefit that allows a traveler to cancel their trip for any reason and receive up to 75% of the non-refundable trip cost.
This benefit is only available on the Itravel LX plan. It must be purchased at the time the trip cancellation policy is purchased, and must be purchased within 20 days of initial trip deposit.

This is a long-term (1+ year) comprehensive worldwide medical insurance plan for individuals and families who will be living outside of their country of citizenship for more than 1 year.

- Deductible: $250 - $10,000
- Optional add-on: dental and vision rider
- No preventative care
- No pre-existing condition coverage
- Silver
- Lifetime maximum: $5M per individual
- Deductible: $250 - $10,000

- Known and disclosed - covered as any other illness unless excluded by a Rider
- Non-disclosed - no coverage

This is a long-term medical plan for churches and organizations with 2 or more individuals or families who need comprehensive medical coverage while living overseas.
This is a customizable plan with various medical maximums and deductible choices, as well as an optional life insurance add-on, to ensure that your organizations specific needs are taken into account.
