We crave security! A false sense of security is generated by projecting our situation into the future because we feel more in control. One thing the virus has shown us is how quickly the future can change. Unexpected is the best descriptor for the future. Change is the only constant.

That is why God calls us to live one day at a time. He gives us His grace for today. Tomorrow’s grace portion is awaiting to be dispensed to you tomorrow. Security comes from relying on today’s grace and knowing there is more to come tomorrow. Trusting in the Lord’s love for you more than trusting in your projections about tomorrow will bring you peace.

Grace and Peace to You,
