Friends

Friends

Friends come into our lives at different times for different reasons.  Some are just meant for a season, others for a lifetime.

A life-long friend called me just to see how I was doing.  No agenda, only loving concern and interest. It was the highlight of my day.  Someone has said, “a friend is someone who when you have made a fool of yourself, doesn’t think you have done a permanent job of it”.

Friends like this are gifts we give to ourselves. Call someone today to be a friend. When we hung up I thought, I should have called him first.  A simple text or phone call can really make a difference in someone’s life.

Grace and Peace,
