MissionsIQ is a platform designed to assist groups with two primary needs of any sending organization.

First, the MIQ platform is laid out to make enrollment and tracking of participants through the trip management process very easy. The mobile platform provides maximum availability for communication with the participants and the administrative team. Because of the database feature, enrollment for following trips has far fewer steps because traveler information is stored within the system. The MIQ platform also provides training videos for team orientation before the trip and situational protocol documents for leadership that can greatly enhance the response in moments of need.

Second, most sending organizations are focused on the logistics of the trip rather than the Duty of Care requirements each organization is responsible for meeting. MIQ was developed to reduce the burden on the administrative team by including many auto features that address Duty of Care concerns. Our developers created tools to assist with three key areas of responsibility:

• Vetting of international providers
• Assisting with locating in-country hospitals, clinics, and dentists
• Creating a paper trail for any incident or safety concerns that arise during the trip.
